This 22-acre resort and spa is a historic landmark with natural mineral springs running under the grounds. It's 1.6 miles from Philippe Park and a 19.1-mile drive from Tampa.
The traditionally decorated rooms and suites offer WiFi access, cable TV and desks; many have patios or balconies.
In addition to a 50,000-sq-ft spa and fitness center, there are springwater pools, tennis courts, gardens, event space and an opulent ballroom.

Florida's only Natural Mineral Springs Spa was estqablished in 1925, utilizing the waters from the Espiritu Santo Springs, discovered by the Spanish explorer Hernando Desoto in 1539.
Since then the Spa at the Safety Harbor Resort offers a tranquil sanctuary to relax, rejuvenate, revitalize and reconnect the mind, body and spirit to enliven the senses. Our renowned treatments are provided by professional therapists who are capable of healing both the body and the soul.
Built on the site of natural mineral springs believed to restore youth and vitality, our spa treatments and three swimming pools use the healing powers of the water to help you achieve your own personal serenity.
